Acceptance of an accommodation booking is acknowledgment and agreement to these terms and conditions. Please ensure you read these terms and conditions of your booking. Continuing with this booking constitutes that you understand and accept these terms. Throughout this document the Mundubbera Three Rivers Tourist Park may be referred to as the “caravan park”.

Tariffs Deposits and Payments
The tariff is based on the number and type of guests for the specified time and duration. Any changes thereto may change the tariff.
Prices quoted are current at time of booking, inclusive of GST, in Australian Dollars and firm upon full payment for the specified time and duration.
Standard rates quoted are for 2 adults. Single traveler rates are available for site bookings. Discounts are offered for Kui Park Members (10%), Senior card holders (5%), and DVA card holders (5%).
Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
A valid credit card must be provided to secure a booking. Full payment will be processed on the credit card at the time of booking online and a receipt emailed. Photo ID may be requested upon arrival.
All accommodation fees are to be paid in full prior to or upon check-in, unless the booking is made by a Company on behalf of an employee. In this case, alternative payment arrangements must be made in writing with management prior to guests checking in.
For bookings made on the Mundubbera Three Rivers Tourist Park website, payment is required to be made online with either Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept AMEX.
For guests arriving without a booking, payment can be made at reception with cash or card.
Those named on the receipt are responsible for all persons and pets in their room, or on their site including any visitors.
Check-in time is after 12:00pm.
If an early check-in is required, please speak with our friendly staff at the time of booking to arrange.
If an after-hours check-in is required, the office MUST be notified before close of business on the day of arrival to ensure a key and park map are left in the key deposit box. The accommodation fee must be paid in full prior to close of business.
All guests must also check-in using the Check-In QLD app upon arrival. If you don’t have a smart phone and assistance is required, please advise staff at reception and staff will assist using and iPad.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs; is abusive, disrespectful or argumentative to any staff member or guest; or is breaking the law. A refund will not be issued under these circumstances.
Check-out time is 10:00am.
If a late check-out is required, please speak with our friendly staff at the time of booking to arrange.
If a guest has not departed by 11:00am and the office cannot contact the guest, an extra night will be processed on the credit card that was provided at the time of booking.
If the room is booked for another guest and the existing guest is away from the room and does not answer the phone or email, housekeeping staff are authorised to pack the luggage and return it to the office for collection.
Changes or Cancellations
48 hours or more prior to arrival (short term stay only) a $30 admin fee retained, balance refunded, if booking is cancelled. There is no charge for a date change.
24-48 hours prior to arrival a $30 admin fee retained, balance refunded, if booking is cancelled. There is a $30 admin fee to change the date of the booking.
24 hours or less – an amount equal to one night will be retained if the booking is cancelled or changed.
If a guest fails to show up for their booking or a guest decides to depart early after they have checked in, 100% of the booking fee will be retained as a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right evict any guest who is acting inappropriately while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; is abusive, disrespectful or argumentative to any staff member or guest; not abiding by the caravan park rules; or breaking the law. A refund will not be issued under these circumstances and the police will be involved.
Room and site Allocation
We make every effort to fulfill our guest’s room or site requests, however, at times we are unable to meet those requests if a guest who is already staying with us requests to extend their stay due to unforeseen circumstances or maintenance is being carried out on that particular room or site. In this case above, we reserve the right to move your booking to an equivalent room/site category for the same period.
Our self-contained units, cabins and villas are lightly serviced every 4th day with a full service every 7th day. If the 7th day falls on a Sunday, the full service will most likely be moved to a Saturday.
For the purposes of this clause “Child” or “Children” means a person or persons aged between 3 years and 17 years; “Infant” means a person under the age of 3 years; and “Adult” means a person aged 18 years or over. All ages will be determined from the date at which accommodation commenced.
In a room, there is no additional charge for an infant who is sharing the same bed as the adult. Additional charges will apply if extra beds are used or linen is required for sofa beds or cots.
Children and Infants cannot book or stay in any room or site without an Adult.
Children under 13 years of age must be supervised by an Adult at all times while in the caravan park. Children must not be left unsupervised in the pool, camp kitchen, amenities and fire pit area.

Pets are welcome upon application at the caravan park.
There is no extra charge for pets on a site.
There is a fee to have dogs in our pet friendly room, this covers the additional cleaning and sanitation upon departure.
Pets must be under the control of the guest at ALL TIMES.
Pets must be in a secure enclosure or on a leash less than 1.5m long.
Pets are not allowed in the pool, amenities block or camp kitchen.
Guests must pick up after their pet and dispose of the faeces in a sealed bag.
Pets must not disturb other guests.
Noisy, annoying pets will not be allowed to stay at the caravan park.
Pet owners visiting the National Park can talk to staff about pet sitting services while they are out for the day.
No pets allowed in long term seasonal worker rooms.
All visitors MUST report to the office upon arrival.
Visitors must follow the rules of the caravan park.
Visitors must leave the caravan park by 10pm
The paying guest of the caravan park is responsible for the visitor.
Visitors may use the pool, amenities and camp kitchen if they are with a paying guest and have signed in at the office. Management has the right to remove visitors from the caravan park who are abusing the facilities.
Visitors are not permitted to use the guest laundry or guest Wi-Fi.
The amenities blocks are inspected and wiped over at 8am and 4.30pm daily. A full sanitation is carried out between 10.30am and 2pm daily. We use strong chemicals to maintain a high level of sanitation, guests must not enter the amenities block while cleaning is in progress.
Seasonal Worker Rooms
Guests staying in a room for the fruit season are permitted to stay for a maximum of 6 months. Any extension after this is at the discretion of the manager.
Rooms are rented weekly and are on a per person rate.
Seasonal workers are required to pay a non-refundable $30 deposit per person to secure a booking. This deposit will come off their first week’s rent. The balance of their first week rent is due on the morning of check-in along with a refundable security deposit equal to one week rent which covers the room, linen, keys and boom gate tag. Seasonal workers must provide photo identification i.e. passport or driver’s licence at time of check-in. A copy of the identification will made and retained on file. If the guests’ appearance has changed significantly from the photo identification, a profile photo may be taken upon check-in for our electronic system.
Any change to the arrival date will incur a $30 administration fee.
If a booking is cancelled, the $30 deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
All seasonal worker rooms have cooking facilities, air conditioning/heating, linen provided, power, water, gas and Wi-Fi included in the weekly rental fee. We also provide complimentary dishwashing liquid refills.
Rooms with a bathroom inside will have the bathroom serviced by caravan park staff, fortnightly. Toilet paper is provided free of charge.
It is up to the seasonal worker to ensure that the room is kept clean and in good order.
Rent can be paid weekly at reception using cash or card. Alternatively, a guest can request their rent be processed weekly on the credit card provided at the time of booking. A receipt will be emailed.
Clean linen is available weekly at the office. It is important that seasonal workers change their linen every week and return the soiled linen to the office for laundering by an external linen company.
A $10 late fee will be incurred for every day a guest is late in paying their rent. If a guest is having difficulty paying they need to talk to the front office staff to arrange a solution, before the rent falls due.
Upon departure an inspection of the room will be carried out, if things are missing, broken or the room is not clean the cost to rectify will be deducted from the security deposit.
Mundubbera Three Rivers Tourist Park is not an employment agency. We facilitate the introduction of farmers and workers if farmers call us, but do not get involved in the employment arrangements. We can provide factual information about the law relating to rates of pay and conditions of employment. We can direct you to places where you can find additional information if needed.
All vehicles entering the caravan park must be road worthy and registered with a state government motor transport authority. Any damaged caused by a guests’ vehicle will be the responsibility of the person driving the vehicle.
Management reserves the right to enter any guest room at any time without notice. Generally, this is to repair a maintenance issue or conduct a fire safety inspection. We may also enter a room if we suspect illegal activity is being carried out or the room is being not to a basic standard of cleanliness. In normal circumstances, we will provide you with 24 hours’ notice of entry.
Events Beyond Control
Three Rivers Tourist Park is not responsible for any loss arising out of occurrences beyond its control, including but not limited to global pandemics, acts of terrorism, act of God, floods, defects in vehicles, war, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, Government regulations or changes to itinerary or schedule.
The terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Queensland, Australia.
