All seasonal worker room rates are WEEKLY
Minimum 1 week stay
All seasonal worker prices are for 1 PERSON ONLY
Refundable security deposit equal to one week rent payable upon check-in in cash or credit card.
Your first week rent is due when you check in,then a week after that. A discount applies after 28 days
Maximum length of stay is 6 months

• Sheets, pillow, blanket and mattress protector (weekly linen change)
• Fridge, microwave, toaster, jug, rice cooker, cooking utensils, pots, crockery and cutlery
• Air-Conditioning (cooling and heating)

• Electricity, gas, water, wifi and weekly linen change included in rent
• Outside table and chairs
• Parking near the room
• No smoking inside the room
